The WSU Organic Farm was established in 2004 and provides on-site education in small-scale organic agriculture. The farm offers a Practicum in Organic Agriculture spring, summer, and fall terms. Students participate in the operation of a 105-member CSA focused on the production of vegetables, small fruit, herbs and cut flowers. Farm produce is also sold on campus to the hospitality and dining services, at the farm, and at a mid-week farmer's market in Pullman.
