Pinedale is located in western Wyoming, approximately 78 miles south of Jackson Hole and 90 miles south of Yellowstone National Park. We are in the heart of the Upper Green River Valley, surrounded by three mountain ranges, which include two designated wilderness areas. Pinedale is the county seat for Sublette County.
