Take Root Farm C.S.A.is family owned and operated.We have been commited to growing produce according to organic standards since 2002.We offer three harvest seasons to provide members with fresh healthy vegetables and fruit year round. Our summer season is our main focus,beginning mid June and lasting through October. Members come out to the farm and pick up thier share of the harvest, much of which was picked that same morning.However it is more than just picking up thier stuff. Members enjoy spending time at the farm in the u-pick flower and herb areas, where they find a wide variety to choose from.This is a great way for those without time, aptitude,or availability of land to garden to come out to "thier" farm, feel and smell the Earth and thier "root" connection to life.
