South Huntsville Civic Association (SHCA) is a passionate, 100% volunteer organization that is dedicated to protecting, preserving and promoting the community of South Huntsville.  Since our inception in May 2009, we have worked diligently to help address issues of inequality of funding for our schools, academic excellence and accountability, community safety and the desire to maintain our life style and property values.
