About Us:

The family of Second Baptist Church believes it is our responsibility is to share the gospel of Christ to our community, and to support our missionaries throughout the world.  Since 1906 Second Baptist has been preaching the gospel of Christ.  Our desire is to continue to share this message to a lost world , to train disciples to live for, and serve Jesus Christ.  We have many areas that afford you the opportunity to use your talents to bring honor and glory to our Lord:

M & M’s (Mature Members) Senior Citizens.
Young Adult Ministry - Sunday and special events through the week.
Youth Group Ministry - ages preschool to senior high.
Sunday School (Bible classes for all ages).
M.B.S.F. (Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship) College Ministry.
The VINE  Bible based training for children Wednesday nights.
Choir and Music.
Ladies Auxiliary.
Ladies Bible Study - Wednesday nights.
Adult Bible study and prayer meeting Wednesday nights.
