Phillips County Economic Development Corporation (PCEDC) is a 501(C)6 not-for-profit corporation whose activities are to promote Phillips County Colorado. It has taken a lead role in establishing a means of assistance for new and existing business

Objective:

To establish a viable, full time, county wide community development organization with sufficient resources to facilitate / initiate desired improvements in Phillips County's job base, economic vitality and lifestyle.
