It's a little different. It's big and it's about Jesus Christ. Open Range Cowboy Church is a mission style church reaching out to those in the Whitney, Texas area who may not have a church. It's designed to give those who have and interest in Western culture a special ability to come as they are and enjoy the fellowship of like-minded folk while learning the love and devotion of Christian people.

The friendliness is the most noticeable thing that one will immediately experience and the love of the Lord is rousing and fun.

Horse activities and the rodeo arena serve much like the "family life center" in other churches to provide Christian fellowship and activities.

Services are held each Sunday morning at 10:00 a. m.
