Northern Lights Arts Council sponsors numerous annual events: art exhibits featuring area and local artists, Student Art Show, art classes, Rendezvous Art Fair, Missoula Children's Theater, community theater, musicals, and the Christmas Tour of Homes.

A major accomplishment was the purchase and restoration of the ROXY Movie Theater in 1997.
