Goals

Continue to Improve Student Achievement

- Identify and prioritize student achievement indicators.

Continue to Develop a Climate of Open Communication & Trust

- Keep the public informed of operating levy uses.

- Identify "peer districts" for purposes of measuring and comparin performance attributes.

Maintain Financial Stability

- Maintain a 30-day general fund operating expenditure reserve.

- Adapt to changing government financial reporting requirements by meeting or exceeding their standards.

Secure Facilities Improvements

- Implement the operating levy plan to address maintenance issues.

- Provide the best possible vehicle to assure passage of the May, 2005,bond referendum.

Develop and Begin to Implement a Plan to Reach Our School District Vision

- Align site and program vision, mission, and goals with the district vision.
