Isabel Community Clinic began operations in 1980. The clinic is equipped with two exam rooms, laboratory facilities and digital x-ray technology. This facility is a Veteran’s Administration Community-Based Outpatient Center (CBOC) through the Ft. Meade VA Hospital in Ft. Meade, SD. The Isabel Community Clinic is staffed with one on-site Physician’s Assistants, David Rollason, PA-C and one on-site Certified Nurse Practitioner, Kathryn Hettinger, CNP.
