Cedar Creek Township is located on the northeastern side of Wexford County. The township surrounds the City of Manton. It is approximately 10 miles north of Cadillac and 35 miles southeast of Traverse City. The most recent census states the population of Cedar Creek township as 1,554 people.The population growth rate from 1990 to 2000 was 38% making Cedar Creek township the fastest growing township in Wexford County.
