Mission:

Calpella School believes that students learn best in an enriched, supportive environment where instruction integrates many subject areas together into themes of real life interest to children. Our goals are to raise the level of learning and to teach children practical life skills. Towards this effort, children will achieve the following goals:

Students will meet State standards of learning in language arts and math.
Students will appreciate their own distinct qualities and those of others and they will develop responsible behavior habits.
Students who need extra support to meet grade level standards will be identified and will receive early intervention services to assist them in meeting standards.
The role of parents is primary in the success of our school and our children. Calpella School will plan and implement activities to include parents in the success of their child's learning.
