Opened in 2010, Beech Springs Farm specializes in heirloom veggies, herbs and flowers, available through a CSA program. It also hosts farm dinners and special events.

Beech Springs Farm is one-of-a-kind rustic barn wedding venue, serving central Pennsylvania brides. Located 9.6 miles outside of Gettysburg Pennsylvania, Beech Springs Farm offers a non-traditional atmosphere for indoor rustic barn weddings, outdoor garden weddings, fundraisers and special events. 

The historic barn, accented by natural stone, pine floors and the original oak & chestnut beams, is complete with an over-sized covered porch, handicapped access & parking, indoor restrooms, a prep room for caterers, a bridal dressing room and many other unique features (too numerous to list). Beech Springs Farm is uniquely defined by a combination of serenity, elegance, tranquility and grace, making any event held here more memorable. 

In 2015 the farm began hosting a series of farm-to-table dinners. designed around the farm's seasonal products, which feature guest chefs and distinctive entertainment. In 2016, the Second Sunday Supper Series of dinners will feature dinners the second Sunday of each month from May thru October.

The 2016 season will run from May 19 to October 13. The season has been expanded to take advantage of early spring crops like asparagus, rhubarb, strawberries, peas, onions and salad greens, among other early crops. Each share will include a variety of fresh produce, picked at the height of freshness. We offer two share sizes - a full and half share.
