Mission

The mission of First Baptist Church is to exalt the Savior, equip the saints, and evangelize the sinner. The church accomplishes this mission through the power of the indwelling Christ. 

First Baptist Church stands upon the foundation of God's truth revealed in the Scripture. The person of Jesus Christ unites the fellowship in the bonds of Christian love.

We invite you to worship with the people of First Baptist Church of Arab as we gather to lift up the name of Jesus until He comes.

In what we refer to as The Great Commission, Jesus’ command is clear. We are called to “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you.” To be faithful to God’s Word, we must take part in His mission to make disciples. Making disciples is the mission.
