The sunflower festival is a fundraiser for Homeless Outreach Team. Homeless Outreach Team helps those who cannot get into conventional shelters in the greater Stark County area.
This event has no tickets or prices. Everything is based on donations from patrons and those attending. Activities include a fall, theme hayrides, hotdog roast, live music games, activities, horses, and farm animals.
There is a get together at the end, where there is recognition for those who have achieved success with Homeless Outreach Team.
