RIDING SHENANDOAH VALLEY’S BACK ROADS SINCE 1991

Let the Good Times Roll!

Our 2023 Fall Foliage Bike Festival brings experienced century cyclists, mid-distance recreational riders and novices, and families to the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia to enjoy a weekend of beautiful riding and friendly hospitality! If you’ve ridden Fall Foliage before, here are a few new changes to make this year’s festival even more festive. . .

What’s new in 2023

Moving our lunch to AFTER the ride

Many riders had requested we move our generous lunch buffet to AFTER the ride is over and we listened! Join us back at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church for an after ride celebratory meal with additional hot food items.

Enjoy the Music, Get Up and Dance!

More celebration? You got it! The Everyday People Band — one of the most popular horn bands of the Shenandoah Valley – will provide live dance music from 3-6 p.m. in the gym at St. Paul’s UMC.

Plenty of spaces for our popular rides

Park ‘n Ride with ease! This year’s Saturday remote start for the 30-miler, Gravel and Family routes has been moved to accommodate the popularity of these rides with plenty of parking at Pleasant Valley Church of the Brethren in Weyers Cave.

The Shenandoah Bike Foliage Festival offers a full weekend of cycling in some of the most beautiful parts of Virginia. Constant vistas of the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains enhance your enjoyment of the scenic countryside of the Shenandoah Valley.

You’ll pass bucolic farmlands (where the pace of life slows down so much, you may even pass a few horse-drawn buggies), trees loaded with changing Fall colors, historic Civil War battlefields, and small towns with picturesque town squares and classic Americana architecture.
