Description: Come and view a full-scale model of the Civil War-era "H.L. Hunley," the world's first successful combat submarine! This traveling exhibit showcases the story of the "Hunley" - which sank off the coast of Charleston, South Carolina, in 1864, and wasn't found until 1995. The outside exhibit is free; there is a small fee for museum admittance.
