The EMRF is an all-day outdoor celebration of drumming & dancing that welcomes people of all ages and skill levels to come together for community, education and fun.

The 19th annual gathering of the EMRF will be happening on Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Blackstone River & Canal Heritage State Park (River Bend Farm), 287 Oak Street, Uxbridge MA.

In case of rain, the festival will be relocated the the Unitarian church at 80 Main Street, Hudson MA.  The schedule will remain roughly the same.
The Eastern Mass Rhythm Festival is a grass roots event that is organized by local drum circle facilitators as an annual event aimed at building the community of people who love hand drumming, drum circles and dancing.  The event is entirely supported by the generous donations of those who attend the festival.  Any amount you can give is appreciated, but a donation of $15 or more will be rewarded with a festival t-shirt.

The EMRF has several key elements that make it special:

- The main FreeStyle circle which is open all day for anyone who wants to jam and dance in any way they like.

- Three workshop sessions with each session having three workshops to choose from on various topics.

- The Welcoming Station where you can get info about the festival, make donations, get t-shirts and free water.

- A food truck so you can stay the day and not have to bring food with you (though you can).

- Plenty of free parking in the upper field and REAL bathrooms in the visitor center.

4:15 - 6:00 pm  Grand Finale drum & dance in the main circle
