Join the City of Peachtree City as we celebrate the birth of our nation beginning with the July 4th Parade and closing out the holiday with our fireworks over Lake Peachtree.

Registration is open for Peachtree City Residents & Businesses beginning on May 6th and for Fayette County Residents & Businesses on May 20th at www.peachtree-city.org/recreation.  Follow the link to register. An account in CivicRec must be created to register for the parade.  Once an account is created, please select "Parade Registration" and follow the prompts to register.  A copy of the Parade Rules is available below or by following the link under the Special Events Tab.  Failure to click "Submit" when registering will prevent the registration for being created.  Please be sure to read all rules carefully as rule changes are in effect for 2024.

Parade Route: The parade begins on Peachtree Parkway north of the Braelinn Golf Club in front of Village on the Green and proceeds north before making a left turn onto McIntosh Trail and ends at the McIntosh Trail Complex. Approximate parade distance is 2 miles.  Parade begins at 9 AM sharp.

Fireworks are at dark over Lake Peachtree.  The City of Peachtree City does not make recommendations or give permission for parking on any property that is privately owned including businesses, shopping centers or churches.  Please inquire with any non-city owned location for parking permission.
